We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will return to address any issues. Our guarantee is limited to re-cleaning the specific areas of concern and does not include refunds.

We are also not responsible for items of extreme value that are not properly secured or brought to our attention prior to the cleaning service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service.
